    Summary


    FCA KECO is seeking a qualified digital skills trainer for 2 months in Kakuma to conduct basic digital skills training to empower project participants with knowledge and skills to navigate through various digital platforms for marketing, record keeping, access to finance, networking, and information.

    Objectives & Deliverables

    Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules covering basic digital skills tailored to the needs of project participants.
    Facilitate interactive training sessions to ensure active engagement and effective learning outcomes.

    Provide hands-on guidance and support to participants in navigating digital platforms for marketing, record-keeping, financial access, networking, and information retrieval.

    Assess the progress of participants and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

    Skills and qualifications required

    Bachelor's degree or higher training in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Education, etc.).
    Proven experience in conducting digital skills training sessions, preferably in a project-based setting.
    Strong understanding of various digital platforms and tools used for marketing, record-keeping, financial access, networking, and information retrieval.
    Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
    Demonstrated passion for empowering individuals through digital literacy and skills development.
    Fluency in English and Kiswahili languages, both written and verbal.
    Prior experience working in humanitarian or development projects is an advantage.
