    Job Purpose

    This is an exciting opportunity to develop, manage and support projects, partnerships, and activities to enhance the strategic growth of eLIMU World products.


    The selected candidate will manage and implement offline and online distribution activities with schools, teachers, parents and other stakeholders towards furthering the business objectives and delivering fun, accessible education for curious children across Africa.

    Key Responsibilities

    Interact with customers, identify their needs, and suggest products and services that suit their interests.
    Collect customer feedback, reviews and testimonials that appraise the brand image regularly.
    Manage customer onboarding, provide excellent service and support to build healthy relationships with them.
    Create and monitor engaging offline and online distribution/marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
    Document all the necessary details about the ongoing campaigns and their effectiveness
    Develop engaging business plans to approach new partners.

    Execute customer engagement business analysis and use data from CRM to boost the response rates and show a compelling ROI.

    Support planning, schedules, and budgets for distribution activities to ensure that all campaigns are completed within the timeframe and budget parameters.

    Qualifications

    Degree in Business Administration, Marketing ,a related field, or comparable experience
    2-4 years experience in the Business Development/ Sales Space
    Effective Oral and Written Communication Skills
    Experience working in the education/education technology space is desirable
    Collaborative leader who works across stakeholders, promotes teamwork and effectively leads and facilitates multiple complex projects
    A highly motivated and ambitious individual, with the ability to work under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
    Independent, creative self-starter who takes initiative
    Relationship management with senior stakeholders in partner / donor organisations and in government
