Tezza began its operations as Web Development company in 2000 in Overland Park, Kansas. Since then, we've evolved into a Services-oriented company who only engage in Product development as a value-add service to our customers who continue to appreciate our "Customer First" Service Delivery approach.
Tezza opened its first office in Kenya in 2009 with a primary goal of building capacity of qualified software development and testing resources to work on outsourced projects from North America. Whilst we are partners and reseller of solutions today, our primary interest is in providing services; the products we sell are sold in conjunction with the services we provide.

JOB SUMMARY

Knowledge & ExperienceDegree in Information Technology or related course5+ years of professional experience within the Banking / Finance SectorsExperience in Java, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, PythonGood understanding of Source Code version control: GitWorking knowledge on CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AnsibleExperience in working with containers & orchestration tools: Docker, Vagrant, Kubernetes, Mesos, Swarm, FabricExperience working on Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Private & Hybrid CloudsWorking know on Continuous testing and automation: Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, Rational Functional TesterGood Analytical & Problem-solving skills.Attention to detail.Good oral & written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Defining and setting up development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations.Designing and implementing various development, testing, and IT infrastructure automation tools.Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing bugs in various code-bases.Incidence management and root cause analysisMonitoring and measuring platform and application performance in addition to other KPIs.Periodic reporting on performance of platforms and applications.Managing stakeholders and external interfacesIdentifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Python, Software architecture, Testing and debugging, Github (or other software version management systems), Quality control and supervision

Bachelor's degree
