Pest Control Technician Responsibilities:

• Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate specific pests.
• Provide guidance to customers on the appropriate treatment for identified pests.
• Inspect customers' premises to pinpoint pest issues.
• Complete all essential paperwork after each job.
• Coordinate services with customers by communicating with office staff.
• Apply suitable pesticides to affected areas following label instructions and safety protocols.
• Address customers' requests for various pest control services.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional company services and products.
• Adjust chemical mixtures based on the size of infested areas.

Pest Control Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated experience in pest control.
• Licensed for pest control operations.
• Capability to work in diverse weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service aptitude.
• Detail-oriented.
