- Calling and meeting loan applicants to obtain additional information as well as answer any questions about loan process
- Doing appraisal by following the company's policy
- Diligent follow up of loan forms
- Growing loan portfolio by bringing in new customers
- Aggressive recovery, arrears and balances
- Naming Customers documents
- Planning for marketing areas
- Do mapping for new region
- Perform any other tasks as required
Experience
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.
Key Competences:- Ability to drive and relocate is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, must be a team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Strong communication and technical skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to handle complaints and difficult situations.
- Use initiative to plan own work schedule to meet deadlines and Targets.
