    Key Duties & Responsibilities
    Operations

    Supervise cooler maintenance teams.
    Provide definite training for Cooler Technicians as per the requirement.
    Maintain proper documentation and records.
    Ensure proper visibility of coolers through reports.
    Meet the set performance indicators in CDE maintenance.
    Manage staff development and performance.
    Stakeholder management


    SHEQ
    Ensure Quality requirements.
    Enforce Coca-Cola EOSH standards.
    Adhere to safety requirements.
    Ensure all PPE are delivered on time and properly used by Cooler Technicians.

    Cost Optimisation

    Ensure Repair and Maintenance costs are within budget.
    Manage variable costs.
    Raise purchase requisition for CDE spare parts.
    Analyse spare parts consumption trends.

    Requirements
