    Marketing and Customer Experience Manager

    Overall Purpose of the Job:


    The Business Development Manager will lead and oversee the company's business development and sales activities, playing a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding our reach.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
    Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders
    Develop and execute strategies to maintain/acquire a sustainable business
    Analyze market trends and client needs to maximize business opportunities
    Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new clients
    Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through a superior customer experience
    Forecast revenues and expenses to support financial planning
    Negotiate business contracts
    Provide input/market intelligence in the development of the marketing strategy
    Use data and analytics to execute/adjust the business strategy


    Position Requirements:
    Degree (Bachelor of Commerce - Marketing Option)
    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
    Membership in MSK or any other related professional marketing body
    Solid business acumen and strong communication skills
    Exceptional analytical abilities with proficiency in verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
    Highly organized, detail-oriented individual capable of prioritizing tasks
    Proactive team player working towards building a shared vision
    Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
