    Job Summary

    The Marketing Lead at BetNare will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness within the highly competitive betting industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry dynamics, analytics, customer behaviour, and effective marketing strategies to maximize the company's growth and revenue potential.

    Job Responsibilities


    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.


    • Plan and execute ATL marketing campaigns, including television, radio, print, and online advertising.


    • Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns including experiential, activations, influencer marketing, content creation and distribution.


    • Manage media buying, negotiations, and partnerships with advertising agencies to optimize reach and frequency.


    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), googles ads and other pay-per click advertising, social media advertising, display advertising, SMS and email marketing.


    • Identify and implement effective customer acquisition strategies, including targeted advertising campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and strategic collaborations.


    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention, including personalized marketing communications, loyalty programs, and engagement initiatives.


    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.


    • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and ROI, providing actionable insights for optimization.


    • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and costefficiency in marketing activities.

    Job Qualifications & Skills


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


    • At least 3 years Marketing experience in betting industry, including sportsbook, casino, slots, and virtual games.


    • Strong knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.


    • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, pay per click marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.


    • Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyse campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.


    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


    • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.
