- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned therapy; Over the Counter OTC / Diabetes / Pain Management / Cough & Cold / Anti-infectives etc., including product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders and collect key insights during field work with sales team Minimum 7 Days/Month across countries of operations SSA.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards for assigned portfolio responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related field; B. Pharma Preferred MBA preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in brand management
- Therapy exposure to any or more of Over the Counter OTC medications, Diabetes, Pain management, Cough & Cold & Anti-infectives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & dynamic environment and adapt to organizational priorities.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry in Africa, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
