    Summary

    We are looking for hungry and ambitious Senior Business Development Managers to join Bolt Business.

    You'll be leading the highest level of client acquisition for Bolt for Business in your country, identifying, working and closing deals with the biggest Tier 1 clients.

    Working closely with the BDMs, you'll build a pipeline of opportunities, coach and mentor junior team members and work with product and management to unblock and create new opportunities.

    Your daily adventures will include:
    Identify, negotiate and close Tier 1 and Tier 2 deals
    Responsible for your sales chain and KPIs
    Proactive sales of Bolt Business solutions into Tier 1 clients
    Achieve growth and smash sales targets, with an uncapped commission scheme you can win big here
    Build and promote strong, long lasting Tier 1 customer relationships by partnering with key stakeholders and understanding their needs
    Give market feedback to the product team regarding Bolt for Business solutions
    Develop and execute in country client acquisition strategies
    Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


    About you:
    At least 4+ years of successful previous experience in B2B Sales, with at least 2 years history of negotiating and closing Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients
    Be a hunter, driven to win and close deals every day
    A self starter, keen, ambitious and hungry to get results - with a proven record of managing teams to exceed targets and KPIs
    A personal history of constantly exceeding sales targets with Tier 1/2 clients
    Relentless and experienced in identifying Tier 1/2 target leads, reaching out and generating sales with the biggest clients
    Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language, with a strong personality
    Experience of religiously using a CRM (Salesforce would be advantageous) and managing team performance via CRM tools
    Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling B2B business services into large businesses
    Organised, process driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales
