    JOB SUMMARY

    Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for project management?We're seeking a dedicated Project Assistant to join our team andcontribute to the successful execution of our projects and different assignments.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Proposal Crafting: Develop compelling project proposals and collaborate with the Project Manager for validation, ensuring the submission of well-structured and comprehensive documents.Documentation Excellence: Meticulously log and track project plans and documentation, creating an organized reference system.Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate the consultation process with stakeholders, maintaining meticulous document management and timely communication to meet deadlines effectively.Workshop Support: Assist in preparing and distributing materials for training workshops/seminars, ensuring seamless logistical arrangements.Procurement & Contracting: Manage contract arrangements, purchase orders, and expenditure authorization forms, ensuring proper approvals are secured.Proper Communication: Respond promptly and accurately to telephone inquiries, delivering information professionally and accurately.Collaborative Player: Foster a harmonious work environment by collaborating seamlessly with the Project Manager and team members.Full Project Engagement: Engage actively throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to all phases with your expertise.Clear Reporting: Provide transparent and comprehensive project updates to the Project Manager, both verbally and in written form.Administrative Versatility: Undertake various administrative tasks, from research to email correspondence, with precision and timeliness.Please indicate your expected pay on your cover letter.
