    Real Time Analyst

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    ResponsibilitiesManage the call volume, daily attendance and program break schedulesAssist with creation if metrics and targets for servicesWork closely with the operations team to analyze and help improve their delivery processesGenerate ideas for process and service improvement planningProduce daily, biweekly and monthly internal reportsUse trends and reports to forecast requirementsAssist with projects and other duties as requested or assignedRequirementsDegree in Statistics or any related fieldDemonstrate sound work ethicMust have advanced level Microsoft Excel skills \'96 Including advanced formulas, also Word and ExcelProficiency in R, Python, SPSS, STATA, C++ Proficiency in data visualization toolsAbility to create reports in Excel and forecast resultsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to multi-task, focus and complete reports for extended periods of timePrevious call centre experience in similar post is desirablePrevious Work Force Management experience is considered an assetAbility to take initiativeFlexible team player with a positive attitudeMust have good time management with the ability to work with minimal supervision and under tight timelinesCapable of managing multiple, simultaneous projectsMust be friendly and professional with a positive attitudeOrganized with the able to quickly and effectively adapt to changeExcellent attendance record and ability to communicate professionally - oral and writtenProblem solving skills: Creative and Innovative - ability to introduce creative ideas into own work and use personal freedom to develop and implement creative ideas and suggestions and take a creative approach to problems.This role will be based in Nairobi.
