ABOUT THE COMPANY
The Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (KETRACO) is a 100% state-owned
corporation incorporated on 2nd December, 2008 under the Company's Act, Cap 486 as a State Corporation pursuant to the Sessional Paper No. 4 of 2004 on Energy. The Mandate of the Company is to plan, design, construct, operate and maintain high voltage electricity
transmission infrastructure, the National Electricity Transmission Grid and Regional
Interconnectors.
JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications & Skills required:Diploma in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field from a recognized institutionRelevant professional qualifications/certificationMinimum of four (4) years relevant work experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manning and guarding all receptions at the Head OfficeMaintaining a record of all activities at other receptions within the Head OfficeReceiving walk-in visitors and checking them in via the Visitors Management SystemDirecting visitors to relevant officesDrafting quarterly customer service reportsConducting in-house customer service training and reporting on the sameEnsuring all receptions are presentable and well-stocked with updated IEC materialsManaging the main switchboardReceiving and escalating complaints to the Customer Care OfficerReceiving and registering feedback via suggestion box and feedback forms and escalating to Customer Care OfficerUndertaking the translation of service charter into special formatsDistributing the Company's IEC material and updating the log sheetExecuting customer Service week and decorations for receptions during Christmas seasonUpdating the Corporate databaseProviding necessary information for Customer Service SurveyUndertaking the customer care program
