- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Manage online community of readers and buyers.
- Collaborate with marketing and publicity teams to develop effective sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Any other responsibilities as stated by the employer, pertaining to building the brand presence.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the publishing industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the bookselling landscape and relevant sales channels.
- Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- A genuine passion for books and a deep understanding of different genres and audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
