    Description

    1. Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and research potential clients in target markets. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events and referrals to generate leads.

    2. Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their cleaning requirements, challenges and preferences.

    3. Present Solutions: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our cleaning services and address the specific needs of each client.

    4. Negotiate Contracts: Work closely with clients to negotiate terms and pricing agreements that are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.

    5. Close Sales: Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract signing. Effectively overcome objections and address concerns to secure new business.

    6. Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns to support lead generation and conversion efforts.

    7. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Foster strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

    8. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

    9. Meet Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the business.

    Qualifications:

    Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the cleaning industry or a related field.

    At least 3 years of active selling experience

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

    Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress and report on sales activities.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
