    Signature Healthcare Limited an ISO 9001:2015, WHO-GDP and a Blue Certified Company that specializes in the importation and marketing of pharmaceuticals is looking for a Stores and Inventory Controller to join their vibrant team.

    About Job

    The Stores and Inventory Controller is a key role responsible for coordinating and overseeing the efficient management of the stores and dispatch operations within the organization.

    This role involves strategic planning, coordination with various stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods as well as ensuring streamlined warehousing operations.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Identify mode of transport whether third party providers for upcountry, van for Nairobi, bus or trucks for remote areas.

    Confirmation of customer orders against the invoice, client name, destination, quantities, LPO value against the invoice
    Labelling of north eastern parcels while attaching respective regulatory document especially PPBdealers license.

    Transfer of stocks from bulk to loose upon receipt of request from loose shelves via stock transfer sheet and respective updating of bulk bin cards.

    Recording and updating of sales book during dispatch.
    Samples first confirmation and stamping with physician sample stamp.
    Offloading, receiving, confirmation, sealing, stacking & arrangement of bulk stores upon receipt of consignments from Suppliers.
    Cleaning of ware house assigned sections.
    Planning delivery schedules with driver, rider or courier and assisting in delivery.
    Recording of delivery sheet for third party providers, van or any staff member leaving with any consignment.
    Customer filing of documents, order copies, invoices, credit notes, payment vouchers, waybills, transporter receipts.
    Assist in removing of goods from loose shelves per client invoices and order.
    Any other task that may be assigned by the Warehouse management.


    Minimum Requirements:
    Diploma in Supply chain Management, Procurement and/or Logistics.
    More than 2 Years of experience in Warehousing/Store Operations with a Valid Driving License.
    Rider Experience is also an added advantage.
    Any other additional (relevant) course.
