    Summary

    As a Corporate Sales Manager at Hemingways Collection, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through corporate clientele.

    You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to attract and retain corporate accounts, foster strong relationships, and exceed revenue targets.

    Responsibilities:
    Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients to maximize retention and generate repeat business.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
    Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to corporate decision-makers.
    Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to secure profitable deals for the hotel.
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive analysis, and market insights to inform sales strategies.
    Provide exceptional customer service and support to corporate clients before, during, and after their stay.
    Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with corporate clients.
    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    Willingness to travel as needed.
