Key Responsibilities

Oversight of the Processing Plant including planning work schedules, developing KPIs, ensuring equipment is well maintained and delivering to production targets.

Ensuring health and Safety regulations are met throughout our operations as well as environmental compliance and improvement.
Ensure processing facility is always kept clean.
Providing Leadership and coaching for Team Members.
Supervising processing team.
Organizing Regular Training Sessions for their teams.
Suggest improvement of current plant and processes.

Qualifications

Relevant bachelor's degree.
Must have 7+ years of experience as a processing manager preferably for a fish or beef company.
Proven ability to manage and supervise teams.
Excellent problem solver and good at organization.
