JOB SUMMARY

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONSAt least Certificate in hospitality.At least 1 year of experience in a busy hospitality organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all preparation/cooking/service area and equipment are well cleaned and sanitized before use.Ensure proper food storage and cleanliness in all the food stores and fridges.Prepare monthly breakages and damages report and submit to the supervisor/chef.Informing the supervisor/ chef of any items/detergents used in your section that are running out of stock to be re-ordered.Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.Draft monthly duty Rota with colleagues and present it the Chef
