Role:
Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the work of all site operatives.

Duties but not limited to the following:
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Ensure that the work on site is done to the required quality standards.
Ensure that the work is completed within the project budget and schedule.
Produce micro schedules and monitor attendance of casuals
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Report on progress to project managers, supervisors, etc.

Requirements
Experience and Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering or related area of study.2
Minimum of 2 years minimal experience working in the construction industry as a supervisor or Foreman
Proficient in MS Office
