    SUMMARY


    The position exists to provide operation and analytical support to the Regional Operations Manager and/or Area Fleet Manager in the execution of the Global Annual Plan (GAP) for Church fleet vehicles throughout the world.

    It will assist in achieving annual plan targets by analyzing business operations with the goal of standardizing processes, minimizing expenditures, and maximizing performance, also assisting in many operational functions.

    Communicate findings to management in a clear and concise manner. This position may interact with ecclesiastical leaders, church employees, and missions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    30% Performs comprehensive analysis of data and processes.

    Conducts special projects and research; Compiles and formats information for review by management; oversees fleet processes (planning, purchasing, certifying driver, maintenance, and sales).

    30% Implement action items as assigned by management: collecting, evaluating, disseminating, coordinating, and maintaining complex information and data from multiple sources.

    Works directly with missions, department drivers, vendors, etc. to resolve issues.
    20% Identifies performance gaps, and recommends possible solutions, prepares root cause analysis for implementation
    20% Perform assigned administrative tasks may include;

    Respond to complex maintenance and Fleet operation questions
    Coordinate vehicle sales
    Conduct global training
    Accomplish special assignments
    May require minimal travel


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Must be worthy of a Temple Recommend
    Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Business, or Automotive Technology) and 4+ years related work experience or equivalent combination education and experience
    Excellent data analysis and research skills
    Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal, written and multi-task
    Able to keep confidences and appropriately deal with sensitive data and documents
    Highly skilled in the use of Excel and other standard Microsoft Office Suite
