    Job Purpose:

    As a Sales Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting our welding services, products, and solutions to potential clients.

    You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored welding solutions.

    Your primary goal will be to increase market share, expand our customer base, and achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Proactively identify and target potential customers in various industries requiring welding services.
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Regularly engage with customers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide timely solutions.
    Develop a comprehensive understanding of our welding capabilities, techniques, and equipment. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to customers.

    Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our welding capabilities and highlighting how our services can meet their specific needs.

    Use market insights to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    Work closely with internal teams, including welding technicians and management, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
    Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Generate regular reports to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the welding industry or a related field.
    Strong knowledge of welding processes, equipment, and materials.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
