    Summit Recruitment & Search was established in 2009 to address the recruitment, mass recruitment, executive search, outsourcing and training needs of companies based in Kenya or wanting to enter the Kenyan, East African, South African and African market.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for energy efficiency projects.
    Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    Coordinate project activities, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project execution
    Foster long-term relationships with clients, seeking opportunities for additional projects and upselling services.
    Possess a strong understanding of energy efficiency technologies, practices, and standards.
    Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify energy-saving opportunities and recommend appropriate measures.
    Provide guidance, support, and technical expertise to team members, ensuring a high standard of quality and professionalism.
    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.


    Qualifications:
    Must have a bachelor's degree in engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
    Must have atleast 2 years Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy efficiency or sustainability sector.
    Strong knowledge of energy efficiency principles, technologies, and industry best practices.
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
    Proficient in project management tools and software.
    Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
