    Position: Sales and Marketing Officer - Student Recruitment

    Department: Sales and Marketing

    Reporting To: Business Development Manager

    Salary: Ksh40, 000 plus commissions

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Contact Leads: Proactively engage with provided leads to introduce educational programs and match prospects with suitable courses.

    2. Advice Potential Students: Offer advice on course offerings, aligning recommendations with the prospect's educational background and skills.

    3. Manage Enrollment Process: Guide prospects through the enrollment steps, assisting with form completion and documentation.

    4. Collaborate on Strategy: Work with the team on sales and marketing strategies to boost recruitment efforts.

    5. Maintain Records and Report: Keep detailed records of interactions and report on recruitment activities and outcomes.

    6. Conduct Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to inform recruitment and program strategies.

    7. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly, maintaining positive relationships with potential students.

    Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the education sector and course offerings is a MUST
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and motivate others.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
