Your role:
Providing strategic direction and assistance to managers in the areas of recruitment and retention, staff and organizational development, performance management, etc.
Supporting the managers in hiring the right people and providing the new employees an effective induction program and ensuring the retention of top talent / potential.
Working continuously to enhance and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting for key stakeholders.Developing, maintaining and updating competence development programs based on Professional and Development Review process and also the Talent Review process.
Identifying, and implementing suitable training activities, in conjunction with other managers, to support the business goals.Preparing monthly and quarterly HR reports, Headcount Evaluation, Key Performance Indicators, People Management, Manpower Efficiency and others as assigned or as relevant to the organization.
Being responsible for the company's payroll.Implementing and maintaining the AC Staff database for administration of People Management processes.
Participating in management, company and HR meetings relevant to People Management issues.
Liaising with finance on HR related matters.
Ensuring compliance with employment regulations in the region and also in keeping with Atlas Copco requirements.
Serving as advisor for all human resource matters of a legal nature.
Implementing HR Policies and people management processes according to The Way We Do Things.
To succeed, you will need:
Bachelor or Master degree in psychology, law, or HR or equal through experience
Experience in recruitment is a plus
Knowledge of Labor law
Good command of English
Experience with SAP Successfactors (HR Link) would be an advantage
Good Knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Understanding of People analytics
5-10 years of experience
