We are looking for profiles and CVs of Pastry Chefs that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties:

Collaborate with a team of bakers and cooks ;

Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers ;

Create new recipes ;

Decorate cakes and baked goods according to requirements ;

Monitor stocks for baking ingredients ;

Plan production and develop seasonal offerings ;

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standard in the pastry and bakery section ;

Enforcing food safety standards.
