    1. Content Marketing Strategy: Brainstorming and implementing innovative ideas for engaging content marketing initiatives that align with the key brand messages and objectives.

    2. Audience Analysis: Regular checking of analytics data to identify trends in content engagement and adapt accordingly.

    3. Content planning: Mapping out a content development workflow and using content management systems to ensure timely and efficient digital content creation.

    4. Content creation: Developing, writing,and updating SEO-friendly content for multiple channels, such as social media calendars,websites, blogs, and social media channels

    5. Content optimization: Editing existing materials, repurposing them as required, performing

    keyword research using various tools, optimizing with relevant key phrases, and increasing engagement through SEO optimization measures.

    6. Content audits: Evaluating all content and existing platforms for gaps in consistency or areas that can be improved upon.

    7. Performance tracking: Monitoring and reporting on the performance of content across multiple channels, adjusting as necessary to maximize reach.

    REQUIREMENTS


    • Experience: Proven 4 -5 years' experience in digital marketing, content strategy and writing across different digital channels with work portfolio. Professional certification in this field is an added advantage.


    • Technological know-how: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO optimization tools


    • Strategic thinking skills: Ability to develop thorough, long-term content strategies that align with business goals.


    • Writing and editing skills: Expertise at creating compelling content across multiple marketing channels, as well as editing existing materials for clarity or relevance


    • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the ability to collaborate effectively both within and outside the organization.


    • Analytical skills: Capacity to understand consumer content engagement behavior through analytics, then use data to shape strategic content decisions.


    • Knowledge of SEO best practices: Understanding of the fundamentals of SEO and ability to use tools to increase visibility on digital channels.


    • Teamwork experience: demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


    • Project management experience: Proven record of success at planning and executing content marketing projects according to timeline and resource constraints.


    • Self-management skills & ability to work in a hybrid system.
