ABOUT THE COMPANY

Roam vision is to make electric transport more accessible to a broader market by making the technology more cost efficient and simplifying deployment. The company focuses on all-electric conversion kits for fleet vehicles such as light trucks, public transport and buses, as well as electric motorcycles and energy systems.

JOB SUMMARY

QualificationsA minimum diploma in either automotive, electrical, mechanical engineering or any other related field.A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in automotive or maintenance.Experience in root cause analysis and ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.Experience with electric motorbikes and buses will be an added advantage.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

Root cause analysis:Perform root cause analysis for technical issues occurring in the field.Develop issue code system to categorise issues and solutions.Provide product development support by offering solutions to common issues within the fleet.Battery assessments:Perform physical and remote battery performance assessments.Repair and refurbish motorbike batteries.Refurbishment :Develop refurbishment process for reusable components.Refurbish items.
