    Company Overview:

    We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as an ACCA Intern. This internship presents an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in finance within the healthcare industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses, collaborating closely with senior finance staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    ● Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries, with a focus on maintaining financial integrity and transparency.

    ● Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations, contributing to the efficient financial management of healthcare operations.

    ● Conduct financial research and analysis to provide insights and support decision-making processes related to budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning within the organization.

    ● Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models, gaining practical skills in financial planning and analysis specific to the healthcare industry.

    ● Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills to support the organization's goals.

    ● Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.

    Qualifications:

    ● Currently enrolled in the ACCA program or a recent graduate with an ACCA qualification, demonstrating a strong interest in pursuing a career in finance within the healthcare industry.

    ● While no prior experience is required, any internship experience in accounting or finance would be advantageous.

    ● Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts, with a desire to deepen knowledge and skills in these areas.

    ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software packages.

    ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.

    ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
