JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsA minimum period of eight (8) years relevant work experience, at least three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory role;Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: Mass Communications, Communication Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, International Relations or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Masters Degree in any of the following disciplines: Mass Communications, Public Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Certificate in Management Couse lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;Registered with a relevant professional body where applicable;Proficiency in Computer application skills;Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results; andFulfilled the provisions of Chapter six of the Constitution.An applicant with at least three (3) years working experience in similar position will have an added advantage
