    In charge of overall housekeeping services.

    ·
    Update the Senior Supervisor /Asst. Project
    Manager/Project Manager on the daily operation and report processing.

    ·
    Planning, organizing and directing team members to
    ensure the highest degree of Client
    satisfaction.

    ·
    Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate
    complaints regarding housekeeping services and take corrective action.

    ·
    Checks/Inspects cleaning staffs works are in
    conformance to the cleanliness standard.

    ·
    Follow-ups/ Ensures that the weekly task schedule
    is being followed and executed by cleaning staffs in each area of responsibility.

    ·
    Checks/Ensures Stocks Availability (Cleaning Items
    & Consumables)

    ·
    Records data of generated works/tasks for tasks
    monitoring purposes.

    ·
    Ensures that checklist and the required time of
    visit is being followed by the assigned cleaning staffs.

    ·
    Notifies the Senior Supervisor on any damages,
    deficits and disturbances on the cleaning machineries/items provided by the company.

    ·
    Notifies the Senior Supervisor for transportation
    issues or staff related issues.

    ·
    Checking Daily Endorsement Register for shift
    handover / Take over on every shift.

    ·
    Conducting daily briefing their duties and
    responsibilities of all cleaners and allocating areas.

    ·
    Checking Personal hygiene and grooming of all
    cleaners in the beginning of each shift

    ·
    Ensuring cleaners use appropriate PPE and Chemicals
    as per the safety guidelines.

    ·
    Ensuring all cleaning chemicals are stored in
    Hazardous materials cabinet in Housekeeping Rooms

    ·
    Conducting On-Job Training for all cleaners as per
    the schedule.

    ·
    Planning for Special cleaning activities such as
    Floor Stripping and Polishing, Wall and ceiling cleaning, Carpet Shampooing,
    A/c grill cleaning as per the cleaning schedule.

    ·
    Undertake monitoring of all designated areas to
    ensure duties are undertaken to meet required standards.

    ·
    Respond to all calls for housekeeping department.

    ·
    Frequently monitoring staff on their perspective
    area of assignments.

    ·
    Report any damages loss, and supply shortage to
    monitoring.

    · Maintaining inventory of supply.

    · Any additional assignments related to the same
    field.
