    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for an experienced HR & administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks under the executive's office.Qualifications & Skills:B.Sc Degree in Human Resources Management, or relevant degree2 years of relevant experience in Human ResourcesSolid understanding of HR practices and labor legislationExcellent in proactive operational and people skillsProven experience in managing – leadership abilities and know how to motivate and manage peopleStrong business mind and accountabilityPeople oriented, Proactive and results drivenAbility to create and manage processesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAble to work under pressureAble to work in a fast paced environment.Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assist in the Implementation of HR policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and needsPerform all executive administrative tasks and coordination as assignedSupport the senior management in administrative tasksAssist with change management planning and internal training programsAssist with employee day to day HR related operations including training, appraisals, feedback collection and productivity tools allocationAssist in articulation of the values and culture of the company as an ongoing concernUpdating all aspects of HR processes across all departments/countriesAssist with building pipeline across all critical roles in the organization as an ongoing concernPlan and direct employee engagement events, which promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven cultureAssist with preparing executive and management HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing HR metrics and and trends internally and externallyAssist in implementation of business continuity planning and policies to build operational resiliency
