- Actively attracting new distributors in the east of country. (business trips are possible 1-2 times a month for 2-3 days).
- Conducting meetings and negotiations with top officials of distribution companies, presentation of products.
- Development of wholesale sales. Increasing sales volumes through new distribution channels.
- Fulfillment of the sales plan.
- Planning and control of joint marketing activities with distributors.
- Monitoring compliance with the terms of the contract.
- Information support for distributors.
- Preparation of financial statements, analytics.
- Analysis of the market and competitive environment.
- Motivating salespeople for big sales
- Develop and monitor technologies and sales regulations
Requirements:- Experience in spare parts bisiness for 2 years and above
- Experience in cold calling, ability to overcome the "secretary", expansion of the client base. Knowledge of English, Kiswahili.
- Knowledge of personal and telephone sales technology, mastery of sales tools.
- Understanding the regional structure of the auto parts distribution network: wholesale companies, store chains, online auto stores.
- PC user, knowledge of office programs, ability to select auto parts from manufacturers catalogs.
- Must be a car owner with a valid driving licence.
- Preferably a man due to the nature of the work.
