    Job Summary:


    The client wishes to recruit highly talented, motivated and forward-thinking individual to actualize the PR, Communications and Marketing vision for the company and focus on aligning all aspects of public relations, brand visibility and reputation management with the strategic direction of the company.

    The position demands leadership, program planning, fiscal accountability, communications and marketing expertise, and experience with metrics, reporting, and performance management.

    You will lead initiatives and support a collaborative culture within the company and its stakeholders.

    As a member of the Leadership Team, the position holder will provide high-quality strategic advice and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the communications and strategic marketing direction for the company.

    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing or any related field.
    Qualified chartered marketer will be an added advantage.

    At least 7 years' experience preferably in a reputable firm, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

    A track record of developing and leading teams to successful delivery of tangible value in a dynamic business environment.

    High level of commercial awareness and capacity to leverage expertise in order to generate sales.
