    Description
    Job Description:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards
  • Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, including Crew Members, Cashiers, and Cleaners
  • Implement and enforce established operational policies, procedures, and standards
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficient use of labor hours
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and rotation of stock
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef to optimize kitchen operations and menu execution
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly address customer concerns or complaints
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, labor costs, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to control costs, optimize profitability, and make data-driven decisions
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to implement promotional activities and gather customer feedback
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff
  • Participate in the interviewing and recruitment process for restaurant staff positions
  • Prepare employment contracts for restaurant staff positions
  • Handle staff discipline and recognition, including hiring and termination decisions, for restaurant staff
  • Conduct quarterly performance appraisals for restaurant staff
  • Report directly to the Owner and provide regular updates on the restaurant's performance

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts (preferred)
  • Skilled in creating and managing staff schedules to optimize labor costs and efficiency
