    We're looking for a candidate who:

    Your responsibilities will include:
    Work with the teams in the East Cluster to ensure they record all opportunities and Client contacts on the Mercury Opportunities system
    Support the team to meet targets for the Client Feedback Program
    Ensures proper management of the Opportunities on Mercury System by coordinating with teams to make necessary updates that include stage and status of all pursuits

    Extract reports of the Sales & Pipeline and also the CX lens Feedback Program and create summaries for every Country/ SL to be shared with the teams every week.

    Ensure the East cluster teams receive any reports and training required in the areas mentioned
    Support all Marketing initiatives
    Support service lines to plan and execute their events
    Supporting our Brand, Markets & Communication team to achieve its mandate

    Technical Skills/Tools Requirement

    MS Office – PowerPoint/Word, PDF
    People management

    To qualify for the role, you must have

    A Bachelor's degree in a Business related, Marketing, Communication or Social Science field with a minimum of second-class upper honours or equivalent
    Professional qualifications will be an added advantage
    A minimum overall grade of a B in KCSE and B in both English & Mathematic
    IT and data analytics skills
    Exhibit flexibility to adapt to multiple cultures / sectors and display agility and diversity
    Demonstrate capability of being a 'quick learner' of business processes, models, EY methodologies with an analytical bend of mind
    Display a structured thought process and problem-solving skills. Ability to do problem break down and analysis
    Candidates should be willing to learn
