- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Understanding customer needs and providing solutions
- Generating new sales through prospecting and lead follow-up
- Managing a sales territory, assigned account base, or event-based sales pipe-line
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of your product, matching them to client needs
- In-person presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
- Achieving Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual targets for your base
- Being aware of market development/ trends
- Paying attention to competition and threats in the market
- Collecting of data on market size and market share for your area
Education and Experience- A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
- At least a Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- Not less than 4 years' experience in Sales product sales
- Past experience in the sale of school equipment, uniforms and/or other clothing is strongly preferred.
