  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Understanding customer needs and providing solutions
  • Generating new sales through prospecting and lead follow-up
  • Managing a sales territory, assigned account base, or event-based sales pipe-line
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of your product, matching them to client needs
  • In-person presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
  • Achieving Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual targets for your base
  • Being aware of market development/ trends
  • Paying attention to competition and threats in the market
  • Collecting of data on market size and market share for your area

    Education and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
  • At least a Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • Not less than 4 years' experience in Sales product sales
  • Past experience in the sale of school equipment, uniforms and/or other clothing is strongly preferred.
