JOB SUMMARY

Person SpecificationFor a candidate to be appointed to this position, they must have;At least ten (10) years' relevant work experience six (6) of which must have been in a management position;Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Business, Economics, Engineering, or any other relevant field from recognized institution;Master's degree in any relevant field from a recognized institution;Certified qualification in any of the following; Financial Analyst (CFA), Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA), Public Accountant (CPA (K) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA (UK) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Member of a relevant professional body;Management course will be added advantage;Financial modelling and analysis skills;Proposal writing skills;Excellent business acumen;Excellent negotiation, and communication skills;Team development, strong leadership and managerial skills;Proficiency in Computer Applications;Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
