    About the role:


    We are seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer specializing in the social or neural sciences, including psychology and biology to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will hold a degree in one of these fields, have completed Training of Trainers (TOT), and possess a passion for education and skill development.

    The Trainer will play a key role in curriculum development, instructional delivery, and assessment, utilizing technical proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides to enhance teaching materials.

    Upon commencing the role, successful candidates will spend the first 2-3 months undergoing a training course to have them ready to deliver the diploma program (they will be paid their full salary while undergoing the training).


    Roles and responsibilities:
    Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create engaging and effective training materials.
    Conduct training sessions, workshops, and lectures for diverse audiences.
    Implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance participant understanding.
    Foster an inclusive and participative learning environment.
    Develop assessment tools to measure participant understanding and skill acquisition.
    Analyze evaluation results and provide feedback to both participants and the curriculum development team.
    Collaborate with the team to continuously improve training programs based on assessment outcomes.
    Utilize MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides to create visually appealing and informative teaching materials.
    Work closely with the training team to align content with organizational goals and objectives.
    Participate in regular meetings to discuss training strategies, challenges, and improvements.


    Who we're looking for:


    We are looking for a dynamic team player with a degree in social science, psychology, neuroscience, biology or related fields as well as having completed the Training of Trainers (TOT) program.

    Candidates ought to have experience with statistics and would benefit from having strong scientific writing skills. They should have some experience in conducting training sessions related to their degree and familiarity with adult learning principles. Proficiency with MS Office and the Google Suite is a must.
