    Description

    PalmPay is a next generation mobile wallet that empowers anyone with a smartphone to open a financial account, send money and make payments.

    Available on Android and iOS.

    Key Responsibilities

    Understand Customer and Merchant demands regarding Card acquiring services (POS-based Card payment, Online Card Payment, Token Payment, Card Not present, etc).

    Based on market demands, summarize Use Cases and develop a Business Proposal to fulfill it.
    Building strong relationships with the Banks, Card Scheme, Switch, PSP, Regulators, and Associations.
    Work with the partners to get the best service with good commercials.
    Monitoring industry trends and competitor services to inspire the business and improve current products and services.

    Working as Project Owner closely works with internal and external Partner teams (Business, Products, Tech, Operations, Settlement, Reconciliation, and Compliance) to fully deliver project results.

    Developing and executing strategies for growing and sustaining PalmPay's vibrant culture.

    Qualification & Required Skills

    Bachelor's Degree qualification in Business or IT or Computer Science related field.
    At least 2 years of relevant working experience in PSP, Banks, Card Schemes, and Switches for BD/Partnership/Product roles.
    Extremely result-oriented, realistic, and reliable, able to work with aggressive timelines with multi-tasks.
    Positive attitude, great interpersonal, business negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.
    English must be professional working level.
