    Description

    Responsibilities:

    -Monitor daily communications and respond to queries from clients & suppliers, in a timely manner.

    -Ensure accuracy in payments, amounts, and records through diligent review and verification processes.

    -Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals to maintain accurate financial records.

    -Record and file cash transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    -Process invoices, including verification of details and filing of documents.

    -Assist with processing expense requests for approval by the accountant or relevant authority.

    -Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.

    -Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.

    Qualifications:

    -Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

    -Intermediate level CPA qualification required.

    -Knowledge and skills in Tims and Etims software.

    -Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is an added advantage.

    -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software i.e. QuickBooks

    -Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

    -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    -Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

    -Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

    Note:

    -Interview candidates are required to present their academic/professional certificates, and a recommendation letter from previous employer(s) during the interview.

    -On successful recruitment, the candidate will be required to provide a valid copy of certificate of Good Conduct.
