Description
Big Square is a casual dining, Kenyan restaurant founded in 2012.The first restaurant was first opened at Karen Square which later closed down allowing expansion into 11 branches in Nairobi (10) and Mombasa (1).
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Nutrition/Dietetics, or Food Science/Production.
Minimum one year experience
Knowledge of food serving, sanitation, and safety.
Responsibilities:
Maintain food quality and safety; perform sanitary measures and proper food storage.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment; keep restaurant clean and safe.
Adhere to specified recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
Efficiently prepare food items following health standards.
Oversee kitchen opening/closing, equipment management, and waste disposal.
