    Description

    1. Participate in development or group training budget for all the employees within the Company.

    2. Develop annual training calendar in close liaison with the Business / Departmental Leaders and the Group Head of Human Resource & Administration.

    3. Analyze training needs from performance appraisals out-come reports and training evaluation forms and ensure the needs are aligned with the training and development programs.

    4. In liaison with the health and safety managers develop, review, and organize training manuals while ensuring compliance with the government standards and the Laws.

    5. In liaison with the Business /Departmental Heads and the Group Head of Human Resource & Administration, develop, coordinate/manage the new employees Induction/ Orientation sessions including on-the-job trainings and evaluations.

    6. Identify and develop/continuously review the competency model for the whole company.

    7. Conduct reference checks as per the HR policy and guidelines.

    8. Organize for ongoing technical training and personal development sessions for employees.

    9. Evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.

    10. Evaluate Graduate Management Trainees, Internship, and Industrial attachments programmes.

    11. Organize for performance assessments and manage personal improvement plans for the employees. These includes appraisals during probation, contracts assessments and continuous improvement of the employees.

    12. Participate in developing skills and knowledge-based training content for inhouse programmes.

    13. Manage the company's performance management system, review employees' performance, performance outcome reports and analyse for final reporting to support management decision making.

    14. Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.

    15. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and provide L&D consultation to senior leadership team.

    16. Manage training reimbursements through the National Industrial Training Authority (N.I.T.A).

    17. Conduct opinion surveys or needs assessments.

    18. Manage training service providers as and when needed.



    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree in human resources management or relevant field.

    2. 5 years relevant experience in training, learning & development.

    3. Strong business acumen, be able to manage business knowledge through designing contents by

    picking up business ideas and best practices.

    4. Member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) with good standing.

    5. Familiar with HRIS.
