- Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
- Operating scanners, ETR machines, cash registers, and other electronics.
- Balancing the cash drawer, till payments and generating reports for credit and debit sales at the
- beginning and end of a work shift.
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
- Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
- Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.
- Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items.
- Store goods properly in designated locations and ensure that they are labeled correctly.
- Maintaining a clean workspace.
- Ability to do stock take and tracking the records.
- Flexible to work anywhere the company posts them.
Job Qualifications- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service or cashier experience.
- Ability to handle a high volume of transactions accurately and responsibly.
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
- Alert and attentive to details.
- Helpful, polite and courteous approach to resolving complaints.
Have experience in working with Think Twice or Seven Sundays as managers or assistant managers.
