    Ceramic Masters Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand and fostering relationships with clients and customers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond to Inquiries and Requests: Timely response to inquiries and requests for information about Ceramic Masters Ltd, showcasing in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

    Referral Follow-ups: Follow up on referrals for evaluation and/or admission to Ceramic Masters Ltd, ensuring a seamless and supportive process for potential clients. Educate on Programs: Clearly explain Ceramic Masters Ltd programs to students and teachers, highlighting the unique offerings of our creative center.

    Documentation of Marketing Activities: Provide accurate and timely documentation of all marketing activities, reporting to the Director of Operations as required.

    Social Media Management: Manage social media pages by posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and strategizing to enhance our online presence.

    Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, customers, and external agencies, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the company.

    Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

    Website Analytics: Utilize website analytics to assess the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand user interactions with the site.

    Marketing Program Suggestions: Contribute innovative ideas for marketing programs to enhance and grow the Ceramic Masters Ltd brand.

    Press Releases: Write and edit press releases to promote company news and achievements.

    Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed about market trends and competitors.

    Referral Source Management: Identify, develop, and maintain referral sources to expand our reach and client base.

    Strategic Marketing Participation: Participate in the creation and implementation of a strategic marketing plan to achieve company objectives.

    Multitasking and Productivity: Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, meeting productivity standards set by the organization.

    Quality Standards: Ensure that all assignments are completed with high standards of accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness.

    Dependability: Demonstrate dependability through adherence to time frames, punctuality, and attendance policies.
