    Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to Lipa later's objective of accelerating and sustaining profitable growth through achieving the products expected targets.
  • Manage key clients by building deep relationships and advising the clientbase on how the product addresses their needs.
  • Prospect and build a strong B2B sales pipeline for long-term growth using all marketing resources available.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base within the B2B segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition of accounts to the account management team.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with B2B customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Evaluate B2B marketing initiatives, present its product marketing strategy and budget.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth of the B2B product
  • Report and Monitor the performance of the B2B product and all marketing campaigns centered towards meeting the product set targets.
  • Develop and own the Product Customer Retention Strategy.

    Requirements



  • Demonstrated 4+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business management/Commerce or a relevant field.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
