    Description
    IntelliSOFT Consulting Limited is a Kenyan company wholly locally owned with +8 years of experience in application and use of Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) in the health sector

    Requirements

    Deep and demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, pedagogy, learning theories, and how to incorporate them into learning materials.

    Experience with eLearning software packages and content authoring tools.
    Demonstrated knowledge and application of instructional design frameworks used in planning and creating effective learning experiences.
    Support with online course creation in various formats e.g. instructor-led, self-directed etc., and be able to manage and migrate SCORM or Tin Can
    Experience developing innovative virtual and in-person training products.
    Experience developing evaluation tools for courses and training.

    Experience in design and development of learning and training material, including training plans, curriculum, course design, development of all training manuals, guides, slides and related documentation.

    Roles and Responsibilities
    The Instructional Designer and Trainer is responsible for ensuring that effective learning takes place as required in support of both outward facing digital health project implementation training requirements


    This includes the following:
    Review, refine and implement the IntelliSOFT training framework
    Design and development of all learning and training material, including training plans, curriculum development, course design, course set-up on Learning/Knowledge Management systems, development of all training manuals, guides, slides and related documentation
    Actual delivery and / or management of the delivery of training (virtual and in-person as relevant)
    Effectively reporting on training activities to drive refinement and improvement
    Widely supporting training efforts and capacity building for project staff
    Analyzing and incorporating best practices in learning technologies and instructional design in our projects and initiatives
