Description

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative and media) to develop relevant communication assets

2. Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote the clients' brand and drive engagement.

3. Manage day-to-day content scheduling, publishing, optimizing and engagement across all the relevant social media platforms.

4. Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the different social media platforms.

5. Overseeing ad campaigns, promotions, and competitions

6. Monitor the social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.

7. Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years' proven experience in social media management and content writing across different digital channels. Professional certification in this field is an added advantage.

• Expertise at creating compelling content across multiple social media marketing channels.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the ability to collaborate effectively both within and outside the organization.

• Expertise in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.).

• Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.

• Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools & techniques (like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics etc.).

• Knowledge of social media management tools (like Meltwater, Emplifi, Buffer, Hootsuite etc.).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
