For about three years, I have worked as a customer care representative in different companies like Horizon Contact Centre, M-Kopa Solar Kenya, and Apollo agriculture as a Telesales and Data Verification Officer. Working in customer-focused professions is really comfortable for me because I am naturally a person-centred employee. In the last few years, I've developed sufficient professional and interpersonal skills, such as the ability to resolve all customer issues in the shortest amount of time possible, communication and listening skills, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision, all of which are applicable to the company's customer service role.

I graduated and majored in bachelor of Economics at Kenyatta University. I'm very proficient in the use of Microsoft office and also software tools like Python. Excellent analytical skills, Strong organizational skills and able to coordinate and manage a diverse array of responsibilities. and ability to document, organize and provide accurate reports; are the professional soft skills acquired.
