DUTIES UNDERTAKEN
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Publicize the Registration activities and movement of the BVR kit within the Ward.
• Opening and closing the registration centre at the designated time.
• Ensure security of the BVR kit.
• Conduct voter registration.
• Periodic reporting to the registration officer on voter registration progress.
• Ensure registration targets are met within the designated ward.
• Performed other duties as assigned by my supervisor.
